From a single kitchen in London to 100+ locations across the UK.
Born in London, Loved Across the UK
Diariolapalabra was founded in 2010 by Marco Adeyemi and Sofia Park in a small Shoreditch kitchen with a secondhand oven and an obsession with perfect dough. What started as a neighbourhood favourite quickly became a city-wide sensation.
By 2013, we had our first three London locations. By 2018, we'd expanded to Manchester and Birmingham. Today, we proudly serve over 2 million pizzas a year from 100+ locations across the UK β and we're still growing.
Our secret? We never compromised. Every pizza is made with dough prepared fresh that morning, San Marzano tomatoes and the finest local ingredients we can source. We believe great pizza shouldn't be a luxury β it should be for everyone.
