How long does delivery take?

Our average delivery time is 25–35 minutes. During peak hours (Friday/Saturday evenings), this may be up to 45 minutes. You can track your order in real time after placing it.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

The minimum order for delivery is £10.00. Delivery is £2.99 for orders under £20, and free for orders over £20.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes. We offer gluten-free bases and a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options. However, our kitchens handle all 14 major allergens. Please see our Allergen Information page or speak to staff before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed. After this, preparation will have begun. Please call your nearest store directly if you need urgent assistance.

How does the loyalty programme work?

Earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Points can be redeemed at checkout: 10 points = £1 off your next order. Points never expire as long as you make at least one order per 12 months. Sign up in your account.
